The online shop / website www.alikistroumpouli.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is owned and operated by Aliki M. Margarita Stroumpouli (herein referred to as the “Company”), registered in 7, Paleon Patron Germanou, Athens 105 61, Tax Registration No. 107052924. The present terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all users of the website (hereinafter the “Customer”).
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, prior to using this website. The Company reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, thus, you are advised to come back to this page periodically for any updates or changes that may impact you. By entering and using any part of this website, you agree on and are bound by the terms and conditions.

Prices
The prices of our products are subject to change without any prior notice to the website’s users. All the prices shown are given in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. Prices do not include delivery and gift packaging fees, or any other fees that might come as a result of additional requests by the Customer.
Delivery costs will be additionally charged in Euros. Any additional charges that may occur will be clearly displayed and included in the “Total Cost” section of before the Customer completes the order.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Customers may complete orders by adding the selected products to their shopping bag, entering their shipping/billing address and selecting the delivery and payment method. Once the payment is successfully processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating the order number. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to be processed by the Company. Depending on the destination, delivery might take between one to fifteen working days In force majeure cases, the Company cannot be held liable by the Customer for being unable to process or deliver your order.
Payments
Order payments can be completed by most debit and credit cards of major banks. Customers can also choose to pay via PayPal.
Once the payment is complete and processed by the Company, the customer will receive an informational email to confirm the order.
Shipping
The Website currently ships to Greece and the European Union.
- Deliveries in Greece: 1-3 working days
- Deliveries in the European Union: 10-15 working days. Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders is subject to the country’s postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time.
Please note that although the Company takes all necessary steps to ensure the timely delivery of your order, we cannot guarantee the arrival time not the exact delivery time of the order. The Company is not responsible for delays that occur after handing your package to the carrier and are due among others to the carrier company, to the customer’s negligence to communicate with the carrier, or to delays of Customs offices. Aliki Stroumpouli is also not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We do not refund packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
In case of a force majeure incident (i.e. strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) the Company cannot be held liable by the customer for being unable to process or deliver your order.
Returns & Refunds
We wish that our customers will be satisfied and enjoy our products. If for any reason they are unhappy with their purchases, they can be refunded provided they return the items within 14 days from the date they received their order. The products must be returned unworn, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the retail receipt/invoice or delivery note.

Return postage charges solely bear the customer, unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Until the parcel reaches our office it remains the customers responsibility. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will send you an email confirming both the reception and the refund (or exchange). The Company will process your return within a reasonable period of time.

Care & Repair Guide
Our Company takes great care to ensure that all jewellery leaving our Workshop are in pristine condition. We carry a 3-months warranty from the date of purchase to repair any natural wear that has occurred within this period. For repairs that are past that period or occur due to mistreatment or mishandling of the jewellery, the service will be available for a fee. In both cases, all shipment and return costs will be covered by the Customer. The present policy covers only the items purchased through the Website.
Personal Data Protection
To complete your order, you will be required to submit some personal data: your full name and surname, the delivery address, your phone number and email address, as well as, depending on your payment method, your card information. Your personal information will not be transmitted, published or sold to a third-party unless imposed by a Public Authority.
